Processing & Dispatch Times:

  • All orders are dispatched from our office on the Gold Coast Queensland from Monday - Friday.

  • We aim to ship orders placed before 12pm on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Fees:

Australia:

 We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100 with Australia Post . We offer Free Express Shipping on orders over $200 with Australia Post Express Service. 

For orders under $100 AUD : 

  • $9.95 for Standard ( 3-5 Business Days) 

  • $14.95 for Express ( 1-3 Business Days) 

For orders under $200 but over $100: 

  • FREE Standard Shipping 

  • $14.95 for Express Shipping 

For orders over $200 

  • Free Express Shipping 

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel. 

Rest of the World:

  • Free Shipping on all international orders over $300 AUD.

  • All international orders will be shipped via Australia Post 

International Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Post (8-15 business days):

    • $20 flat rate on orders under $300  AUD

    • Free on orders over $300  AUD

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel.

International Taxes & Duties:

  • Please note that Cura Cosmetics  is not responsible for any taxes or duties on international orders.

  • The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country's customs.

Returns Policy

At Cura Cosmetics, we want you to love your products as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer the following returns and refunds options:

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 14 Days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, and unopened packaging. Used & opened items will not be accepted.

  • Please include your order number and name on the return parcel.

Return Process:

  • To return an item, please send it to the following address: 50 Evans Street, Kedrono QLD 4031.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 days after the return is received.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

  • Please note that refunds will not be processed for items marked as Final Sale or for hygiene reasons.

Faulty Items:

  • If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at info@curacosmetics.com.au within 3 Days of receiving the item.

  • Be sure to include an image and a description of the fault. Our customer service team will prioritize your case.

Sale Items:

  • Sale items are eligible for a return unless marked as Final Sale.

  • Items purchased with special codes, such as a Sign-Up discount, are eligible for store credit or exchange, but not for a refund.
